Firstly, please accept my sincere condolences. If you are reading this because you have lost a loved one (or loved ones) to suicide, my heart goes out to you.
From the time my brother ended his life in June 2020, I have shared my grief journey online and offline. Not having experienced this level of complex grief before, I quickly realised that grief counselling or similar therapy wasn't quite right for me (and you may have experienced this too).
Being trained and equipped with many scientific based therapeutic and mind coaching skills myself (including trauma therapy), I began to apply them to see how they would work for me. And now, having reached the 2nd anniversary of my brother's passing, I'm able to say I feel comfortable living with my grief, more connected to my brother and...... the grief fog significantly reduced!
Helping others is what my brother did best. He ALWAYS went out his way to support a fellow human and this is how he will be best remembered, coupled with his cheeky smile and delightful charm. So it is my promise to him, and my absolute honour, to continue his kindness and be able to serve others too.
The "How To Live Better With Your Grief" Programme is a self-paced online support providing some powerful practical tools and resources to help you live better with your grief journey.
No two grief journeys are the same but we can equip ourselves with new skills and easy to use tools to help us navigate each day better and improve our wellbeing.
These are just some of the tools/resources that you'll learn:
How Trauma is encoded & how Psychosensory therapies work
The 7/11 Breathing Technique
Calm The Mind
What If.....?
How To Release A Painful Memory
Removing Intrusive Thoughts/Fear
Sleep Better
New Daily Habits For Better Wellbeing
....and more
You can start the programme whenever you wish, although ideally after the first year of grief would be my recommendation based on my experience, but it has to be your decision.
Once you have signed up, you will have continued unlimited access for 12 months with the possible bonus of additional content being added during that time. So that's all the resources and videos to use whenever you want, day or night, wherever you are.
Grief is love and to continue this love, we must look after ourselves.
I look forwards to welcoming you into the programme and my hope is that this is the beginning of a lifelong journey of self-discovery, improved wellbeing and hope.
Linzi xx
PS. Once you've purchased the programme you'll be sent to a page to set up your login account. You'll also receive a confirmation email (this may take up to 10 minutes to appear).
